Stir Fried Broccoli and Rice
1/4 cup chicken stoce
2 tablespoons sherry
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
8 ounces shiitake mushrooms
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced

Combine chicken stock, sherry, oyster sauce, soy, sesame oil, sugar, and set aside. In a large skillet, stir fry mushrooms about 30 seconds; remove and add garlic ginger. Stir fry broccoli; add mushrooms and sauce, simmer, stirring, for 2 minutes. Serve over rice
