Steamed Fresh Veggies and Pasta
1 pound penne, cooked according to package directions
1/2 pound broccoli
1/2 pound sugar snap peas
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
14 cup flat leaf parsley
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Cook penne; steam broccoli; sugar snap peas;
blanch green beans; toss with penne olive oil, balsamic vinegar, parsley
and cheese. Serve plain or top with Tomato, Onion, & Pepper Stew.
