Potatoes and Green Beans
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
8 small new potatoes, in the skins
1 sprig thyme (1/2 teaspoon)
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
Add all ingredients to a medium sauce pan; add 1/2 cup water; bring to a boil; lower heat to a simmer and cook until the potatoes are done. Adjust seasoning and serve immediately.
