Fried Squash
2 medium squash
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons seasoning salt
2 tablespoons olive oil

Wash squash and slice 1/2 inch thick. Coat in seasoned flour and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Heat oil in large heavy skillet over medium heat. Dust squash slices again, just before putting in pan. Fry slowly, turning once until each side is golden brown. Drain on paper towel and serve while hot.
