Corn on the Cob
8 ears of corn, shucked and silks removed
1 tablespoon sugar
Water to cover
Place corn in a large skillet with a cover; cover corn with water and add sugar. Bring to a boil; cook one minute and allow to remain in water, covered, for 5 minutes.
AFTER DINNER, CUT CORN FROM REMAINING 4 EARS OF CORN AND RESERVE FOR TOMORROW.
