Boiled Potatoes
2 new potatoes for each person, scrubbed
1 teaspoon butter for each potato
Kosher salt
Scrub potatoes; place in a pot and cover with water; boil in lightly salted water until fork tender. Drain potatoes; add butter and sprinkle with salt. Put back on warm burner with top off. Allow butter to brown slowly; shake pan occasionally and sprinkle a little salt on potatoes each time.
