Onion Rings
8 slices sweet onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick.
1 cup flour
3 tablespoons seasoning salt
1 1/2 cup cornflakes, crushed
2 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Mix flour and seasoning salt; mix eggs
and hot sauce. Separate slices into rings; dip rings into flour mixture,
then into egg mixture and then into cornflakes. Place on a greased cookie
sheet, sprinkle with more seasoning salt. Bake in 375 degree oven for
15 to 20 minutes until tender and crispy. Serve immediately.
