Warm Apple Cake
Why not bake 2, one for tailgating and 1 for next weeks lunches and dinner
1 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups chopped apples
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baling powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Beat together eggs and oil; add sugar and apples. Combine dry ingredients and add in three batches to batter. Beat in vanilla and pour into 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Calvados Sauce
1 2/4 cups sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup butter
1/2 cup calvados

Boil together sugar and whipping cream. Add butter and boil for 4 minutes. Add calvados and simmer 1 minute. Cool cake for 10 minutes, cut and serve with Calvados sauce.
