Meat Loaf Sandwiches
You should have some meat loaf in the freezer already sliced. If not,
you did not make enough the last time you made a meat loaf.
Slice meat loaf in 1/2 inch slices, warm
in microwave or saute in a non-stick skillet. Toast slices of French
Bread cut on the diagonal to fit the meat loaf slice. Place meat loaf
on bread and add a slice of cheese, melt cheese in toaster oven and
garnish with thin slices of bell pepper and vidalia onion. Serve with
tomato wedges and olives.
