Grilled Turkey and Ham Sandwich
8 slices of French bread
8 slices of turkey, thinly sliced
4 slices of ham, thinly sliced
8 slices Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon Creole spice mix
Lightly spread both sides of each slice of bread. Place a slice of cheese on each slice of bread and place meat in between cheese. Heat a skillet to medium high and grill sandwiches until golden on both sides, cheese has melted, and they are warm in the middle. Cut hot sandwiches into quarters
