Slaw With Dried Cranberries
5 cups grated cabbage
1/4 cup dried cranberries
3 tablespoons red onion, minced
1/4 cup pecan bits
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Combine grated cabbage with dried cranberries, minced red onion, toasted pecan bits. 10 minutes before serving pour on combination of mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper. Toss and macerate 10 minutes. Toss again and serve.
