Mixed Green Salad with Herbs
3 cups mixed lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1 cup of mixed herbs (chervil, sorrel, basil, tarragon, and Arugula)
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Salt and fresh ground pepper
In a medium bowl, add vinegar, salt and pepper; whisk in oil while pouring it in a fine stream. Add lettuce and herbs to the bowl and toss to combine. Serve at once
