Mediterranean Salad
This salad may be made with pasta or rice.
This is our favorite
8 ounces vermicelli, prepared according to package
directions
5 ounces cured olives
4 ounces marinated mushroom caps
6 ounces marinated artichokes
1 small zucchini, chopped
1 roasted bell pepper, peeled, seeded and cut into strips
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup Newman's Own Italian Dressing
Combine hot vermicelli with other ingredients
and serve at room temperature.
