Guacamole
2 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons minced white onion
1 teaspoon chile powder
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Mash avocados with a fork, leaving some
lumps, combine with remaining ingredients and keep refrigerated until
served. Serve as a condiment along with chopped fresh tomatoes, shredded
lettuce, sour cream and Monterey Jack cheese
