Green Salad with Herb Vinaigrette
4 cups fresh salad greens, washed and dried
Combine
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons freshly chopped herbs
