Green Salad with Fresh Herb Vinaigrette
4 cups fresh salad greens
Combine:
2 tablespoons herb vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh herb chiffonade

Mash herbs in the bowl to release the oils, add remaining ingredients and pour over fresh greens
