Green Garden Salad
Select your favorite greens and fresh vegetables form among those in the refrigerator.
Tare lettuce into bite size pieces
1 cup of greens per person
1/2 cup of fresh vegetables combine with 1/2 cup of chopped vegetables.
Add your favorite salad dressing at the last moment before serving.
Try this one:
Oil and Vinegar Piquant
1 pint extra virgin olive oil
4 black cured olives, chopped
1/4 red onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 anchovy, minced
Combine All ingredients in screw top container and let marinate over night. Strain out solids and add 1/2 cup red wine vinegar, salt and fresh ground pepper.
This piquant sauce will last refrigerated for several weeks.
