Cucumbers in Dill
1 large cucumber, sliced
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
1 cup ice cubes

Slice cucumber in half and remove seeds; slice 1/4 inch thick and place in mixture or remaining ingredients. Ice will chill the dish and keep the cucumbers crisp.
