Cucumber & Yogurt
Salad
3 cucumbers, halved, seeded, thinly sliced
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons fresh dill
1 tablespoon shallot, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Place cucumbers in a colander, sprinkle
with salt; drain about 20 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients. Combine drained cucumbers into sauce
and refrigerate until served.
