Cherry Tomato Salad
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons herb vinegar
½ cup basil, chiffonade
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Choose 4 cups of miniature tomatoes. I some are quite large, bigger than a bite, cut them into bite size pieces. Arrange in a bowl and marinate for several hours.
