Broccoli Slaw
1 large broccoli head
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 carrot, grated
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Thinly slice broccoli flowerets and stems until it appears to have been grated, or starting with the tender stem end, grate broccoli on large hole grater. Add grated carrot and onion. Combine remaining ingredients into dressing and pour over all. Mix to combine. Serve immediately.
