Spinach Fettuccine with Herb Butter
8 ounces spinach fettuccine
1 sprig fresh thyme
1 garlic clove
Salt
Cook fettuccine according to package directions with the addition of thyme and garlic.
Herb Butter
In a small saucepan, melt 5 tablespoons butter. Chop 2 tablespoons fresh herbs and add to butter when melted. Remove from heat and macerate for a few minutes while pasta cooks. Pour butter over fettuccine and serve immediately.
