Turkey Curry with Rice and Condiments
1 pint cream
2 tablespoons curry powder
2 cups chopped roasted turkey
In a shallow pan, reduce cream by half, add
curry powder and turkey, cook 5 minutes and allow meat to rest in cream
while rice cook. Prepare 1 cup of long grain basmati rice. Serve Turkey
Curry over rice with the following condiments: Coconut, Raisins, Candied
Ginger, Sultanas, Sliced Scallions, Chutney, Chopped Salted Peanuts
and Chopped Mango.
