Chicken Benedict
4 slices country bread
2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced
4 slices baked ham
14 to 50 spears of asparagus, blanched
1 cup hollandaise sauce
Lightly toast 4 slices of bread; add sliced
chicken and ham, 4 or 5 spears of asparagus and top with hollandaise
sauce.
