Roast Pork Loin
4 to 6 pound roast
1 tablespoon fresh sage
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons kosher salt
Rub roast with seasonings listed. Place on
rack in roasting pan and roast at 325 degrees until internal thermometer
registers 160 degrees. Remove to warm platter and allow to rest 10 minutes
before carving.
