Pickled Eggs

10 eggs
1 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
3 whole garlic cloves
3 tablespoons pickling spices
1 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons sugar
1 large fresh red cayenne pepper
In a non aluminum pan, boil together these ingredients for 10 minutes and allow to cool. Hard boil 10 eggs or as many as will fit into any large mouth jar you may have. Peel eggs and place them in the jar. Strain vinegar mixture over eggs and add cayenne. Allow eggs to steep for at least three days. Keep refrigerated or on ice until served.
