Israeli Couscous
Make according to package directions, drain and add chopped herbs and some fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper. May be served hot or cold. I always make a double batch and use it as a base for using left over meats or vegetables. To serve hot cover an heat in a 320 degree oven for 15 minutes.
