Five Herb Pesto over Linguini
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, minced
2 tablespoons fresh thyme, minced
1/4 cup chives, chopped
1 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds or almonds, ground
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil.

Wash and prepare all herbs, combine with toasted nuts and cheese, mix in olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste. This may be made in a food processor or by hand. Add a 1/4 cup serving to each bowl of hot pasta, garnish with parmesan curls and a basil leaf for garnish.
