Turkey Burgers with Fresh Peach
Mango Chutney
1 ½ pounds ground turkey
3 tablespoons chives, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons fresh sage, minced
Combine ground turkey, chives garlic clove,
fresh minced sage; form into four 4-inch patties. Salt and pepper on
both sides, grill over medium high heat for 4 minutes per side or until
internal thermometer registers 170 degrees. Serve open-faced on lightly
toasted onion buns with chutney on top. Garnish with a bit of green.
