Scallops and Shrimp on Skewers
16 large shrimp
16 large scallops
¼ cup white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
Marinate shrimp and scallops in white wine,
lemon juice, olive oil, and rosemary for 1 hour. Thread onto skewers
and grill on a hot grill for 3 minutes per side. Remove from skewers
and sprinkle with fresh rosemary, lemon zest, salt, and freshly ground
pepper.
