Roasted Cauliflower on the Grill

1 unblemished head cauliflower, leaves and core removed
1/3 cup olive oil
1 table spoon good seasons salad dressing mix

Combine oil and powdered salad dressing mix. Rub liberally over cauliflower, inside and out. Place over indirect heat or upper rack in grill, close the lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Great with dipping sauce either way. Place whole on a platter surrounded by various dipping sauces.
