Pecan Smoked Sausages on the Grill
Choose a variety of sausages
to serve 4 for 2 meals. Smoke sausages for both meals and put some in
refrigerator to be sliced and used later.
Heat grill to medium high and add pecan
pellets to the coals. Smoke sausages on the top rack about 4 inches
from the coals. These should cook slowly and be golden all over. Cook
time, about 15 minutes.
