Mixed Sausage Grill
Choose three kinds or sausages for a mixed
grill. Here is our favorite combination.
4 turkey sausages
4 rabbit sausages
4 boar sausages
Place sausages on hot grill and cook until
juices run clear. Serve with grainy mustard, cornichons and vidalia
onion pickle.
