Honey-Ginger Steak
Prepare 1 steak per person and one or two
more for a salad later in the week.
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, finely grated
2 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Place steaks in resealable bag; pour marinade
over all. Marinate up to 2 hours. Add kosher salt and freshly ground
pepper. Grill on hot fire about 3 minutes per side. Allow to rest on
warm plate 2 minutes before serving. Store remaining steaks in resealable
bag, with any juices for another meal; refrigerate as soon as it has
reached room temperature..
