Grilled Pork Chops with Fresh Ginger
One 1 inch-thick loin chop per person
1 thumb fresh ginger, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 jalapeno chilies, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
This is enough marinade for 4 chops, add ingredients
based on number of chops used.
Combine mined vegetables with oil and marinate chops for 2 hours.
Place on a hot grill and cook 4 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer
registers 160 degrees.
