Grilled Herb Burgers
1 ½ pounds chopped or ground meat (your choice)
3 tablespoons chopped herbs
tablespoons grated onion (optional)
kosher salt and pepper
Early in the day, mince 3 tablespoons fresh
herbs. Gently spread apart the meat to be used and sprinkle liberally
with herbs and freshly ground pepper. Most gently form into 4 generous
patties and refrigerate until time to place on the grill. Just before
grilling, sprinkle salt on both sides. Place on a hot grill and grill
about 6 minutes per side for medium well done.
