Grilled Porterhouse Steak with
Grilled Portabellos
Two pound porterhouse steak
1 garlic clove, mashed with salt
Freshly ground pepper
2 portabellos, sliced 1 inch thick
2 tablespoons olive oil
Rub porterhouse with paste of garlic and salt,
sprinkle with pepper. Brush portabellos with olive oil. Prepare grill
with a hot fire. Place steak on hot grill and cook, turning once, to
internal temperature of 140 for medium rare. Place portabellos on grill
and turn frequently for to grill on all sides.
