Grilled Lamb Patties with Rosemary and Mint
1 1/2 pounds ground lamb
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, crushed
1 tablespoon fresh mint, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
Gently spread ground lamb on a cutting board or platter, sprinkle with rosemary, mint, salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties and refrigerate until ready to grill. Place on a hot grill and cook about 3 minutes on each side.
