Flank Steak on the Grill
3 lb. flank steak, marinated overnight
Marinade
2 tablespoons honey
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup oil
1/4 cup sherry
Grill on hot grill 5 minutes per side
for rare. Carve across grain, paper-thin. Set aside enough steak for
a salad on another night
