Curried Chicken Salad
Cube 4 grilled chicken breasts and toss with
1c seedless grapes, 1/2 c walnut halves, 2 oranges cut into supremes.
Combine 3/4 c mayonnaise with 1 T curry powder, 3 T orange juice, s&p.
Pour sauce over chicken mixture and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Serve
on bed of leaf lettuce. Garnish with grapes and orange sections.
