Planked Salmon
Purchase an untreated cedar plank large enough
to hold a whole salmon fillet. Brush plank lightly with cooking oil..
Marinate the fillet in lemon juice, salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
Lay fish on plank and broil for 20 minutes.

Plum Crumble
3 cups plums, pitted and sliced
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoon quick rolled oats
4 tablespoons light brown sugar
2ablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter
Liberally butter a 1 quart gratin dish. Toss
sliced plumbs with a combination of sugar and flour and place in bottom
of dish. Combine honey, butter and oats and sprinkle over plums. .Bake
in 350 degree oven until juices bubble and plumbs are tender, about
45 minutes.
