Oriental Grilled Seafood
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 orange roughy fillets, cut into 4 inch strips
¼ cup dry sherry
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced

Thread shrimp and fish onto long skewers. Marinate in mixture of remaining ingredients for an hour in the refrigerator. Remove from marinade and place on well oiled grill. Cover and grill until shrimp is pink and fish flakes.
