Old Bay Catfish
2 pounds catfish fillets
1/3 cup Old Bay Seasoning
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Combine Old Bay Seasoning with flour. Dredge catfish heavily in flour and fry in oil until golden on each side. Drain on paper towel and serve immediately
