Mixed Fish Grill
2 pounds mixed fish (swordfish, sea bass, halibut, your
favorites) cut into 3 ounce pieces
4 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
salt and cracked pepper
Marinate fish about 1 hour in other ingredients.
Place on medium hot grill and cook, turning once, until golden on each
side and translucent in the middle.
