Salmon
5 (6 ounce) thick salmon fillets
5 teaspoons fresh dill, minced
5 tablespoons butter
Mix
butter and fresh herbs. Use 1/2 butter to spread lightly on each side
of fillet. Place on a hot grill and cook over medium high heat, about
3 to 4 minutes per side. Serve with dollop of herb butter.
