Baked Grouper
4 grouper fillets
1 white onion
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 cup dry white wine
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
4 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper

Sprinkle salt and pepper on grouper fillets, place in well buttered baking dish. Mince onion, parsley, lemon zest, combine and divide. Sprinkle half mixture over fish. Add dry white wine to dish. Combine other half chopped ingredients with fresh bread crumbs and coat top of each fillet. Melt 4T butter and pour over fillets. Bake in 375 degree oven until fish flakes with fork, about 25 minutes.
