Lemonade
8 lemons, juiced
Peels of 4 lemons, sliced
Dash if salt
2 cups sugar, sweetener, if you prefer
2 liter bottle seltzer water
Sprigs of mint
Scrub lemon peels; juice lemons, add sugar and
allow to dissolve. Chill and place in cold pitcher, Add seltzer and
enough water to reach the strength you like. Pour over ice and mint.
Berry Tea
4 Berry tea bags
4 regular tea bags
2 quarts hot water
Add tea bags to hot water and allow to steep 10
minutes. Pour into pitcher and sweeten if desired. Chill and serve over
ice with garnishes of berries, lemon peel and mint.
