Preserving The Harvest

Assorted Fresh Vegetables
Carrots, Celery, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cherry Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Yellow and Zucchini Squash, Radishes, Cucumbers
Baby Beets, Young Turnips.
Wash and trim vegetables into bite size pieces, be sure to make them large enough to handle with a dip but not so large as to be awkward. Nothing is more distressing than to struggle with a broccoli tree and dangling dip.
Prepare these well ahead of time stored in separate resealable bags. Before serving arrange attractively in a shallow bowl or on a platter or tray. Add greens as a garnish.
