Swedish Cream with Fresh Fruit
4 cups fresh berries
1 cup sour cream
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup kirsh
Whip whipping cream into soft peaks, add sugar,
whip into stiff peaks; combine sour cream and kirsh; fold one into the
other. In a tall slim glass alternate layers of cream with fresh berries.
Chill and serve garnished with mint leaves and an ice tea spoon.
