Strawberry Frosty
1 pint strawberries, pureed
4 tablespoons sugar
1 pint vanilla or strawberry ice cream
1 pint club soda or seltzer water or lemon/lime soda
Puree strawberries with sugar;
add ice cream and puree until smooth. Divide among four glasses; stir
in enough soda to fill the glasses, top with strawberry and sprig of
mint. Serve in tall glasses with straws.
